1. Return window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

2. Return conditions

Unused and unwashed
Undamaged, with no stains, creases, discolouration, or wear
In original packaging with all tags still attached

3. How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number, full name, the item you want to return, the reason, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. We’ll reply with a Return Authorisation and the return address. Do not ship items back without authorisation.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

Wrong size, incorrect product, or damaged and defective items can be exchanged subject to stock. It’s the same process as a return, just tell us you want an exchange.

You can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
